EMBROIDERY VS PRINT
If you find yourself trying to decide whether you should embroider or screen print your apparel, let us help. Here are a few things to keep in mind to help you decide.
1. Quantity - Embroidery is a great option for small and large orders but if you're a small company or simply one person running the show, consider embroidery. Screen printing often requires larger minimums to place an order because of the the time and labor of set-ups. Aside from digitizing your logo, there is minimal set-up needed, making embroidery an ideal option for small run orders.

2. Quality - While screen printing can display great quality and detailed-colorful prints, screen printing is often a better choice for large run orders and items like t-shirts and sweatshirts. If you're looking for a higher quality or more professional look, consider embroidered polo shirts, fleece, jackets and hats.

3. Variety - Once your logo is digitized, it can be stitched on a variety of items*, allowing you to mix and match items and styles. Need a handful of polo shirts but only one jacket? No problem.
*Hats require a different set-up than flat items
EMBROIDERED SHIRTS
CHOOSING YOUR SHIRT
With a wide range of color, style, fabric, and fit, polo shirts are a popular choice that offer a timeless look for any company uniform. Choose from brand names like Nike and New Era or more budget friendly options like Gildan and Sport-Tek. Whether you prefer the feel of a traditional cotton shirt or seek the moisture-wicking properties of a polyester shirt, we have multiple options to choose from.
WHAT DOES IT COST TO EMBROIDER MY LOGO?
Once we've found the right shirt for you we can provide a quote based on our minimum quantity (12) or more if needed. The versatility of embroidery allows you to choose a mix of items in different styles and price points to meet the necessary minimum quantity or if you're simply looking for a variety of items to brand.
LOGO DIGITIZING
Before production begins we'll request your logo for digitizing. Digitizing is the process of converting your logo into a format that tells our machine precisely how to stitch your logo. This process can mean the difference between a logo looking professional stitched or looking like a defective garment. We then stitch a sample of every logo to ensure each letter and/or detail of the logo is stitching as crisp and clear as possible.
EMBROIDERED HATS
Complete your company uniform with custom embroidered headwear. With a variety of choices ranging from baseball caps to knit beanies, we can help you brand the perfect hat for you and your staff.

We offer traditional flat stitched logos as well as puff embroidered logos. If you're not familiar with puff embroidery, you've likely seen it on most sports teams hats. Puff embroidery is a process of stitching specific elements of your logo over a foam layer to create a 3D effect. If you're looking for a premium looking company hat, puff embroidery is a great option.
